The Inquiry considered the wellbeing of people within CNZ and HPSNZ’s high performance programme following the tragic death of cyclist, Olivia Podmore. It found that the environment was not optimal for wellbeing, and made a range of recommendations for change that focussed on ensuring that a people-first approach was taken. CNZ accepted the panel’s recommendations in full.
